The work

The work is specialist communication coaching — message, delivery, handling the room — anchored in the situation a senior manager or leader is preparing to face. A CEO rehearsing a restructuring announcement works on message architecture and the questions that will follow. A regional director preparing for a press conference works on bridging, deflection and composure under sustained pressure. A V-P presenting a strategy paper works on structure, conviction and the five minutes of questions that carry more weight than the 20-minute presentation.

Sessions are designed and delivered by senior coaches whose backgrounds span BBC journalism, corporate communication at the highest level and clinical psychology. The combination means a client can nail tomorrow’s interview or presentation and also permanently deepen their executive presence. The coaching meets them wherever the challenge is.

What coaching is for

Most engagements are anchored in a specific upcoming moment:

  • Media interviews and press conferences
  • Stakeholder communication during uncertainty
  • Internal town halls and restructuring announcements
  • Board and investor presentations
  • Conference keynotes and panels
  • Building executive presence during heightened visibility

Single sessions work for a specific event. The three-session package is the default recommendation for sustained development — the difference between relief and real progress.

How it works

01
Intake call
Every engagement begins with a free 15- to 20-minute intake call with ISOC’s founder. The call establishes the situation the client is preparing to face, identifies the right coach from the roster, and confirms the package. The call is also where clients experience ISOC’s approach first hand — the conversation is already coaching.
02
Sessions
Each session runs 90 minutes: a brief review of the situation and objectives, a working block on message development, delivery practice or scenario rehearsal shaped to the specific need, and an action summary with preparation notes. The coach sends a written follow-up within 24 hours.
03
Face-to-face option
Face-to-face delivery is available as a premium option, priced through the intake call. Online is the default and gives access to ISOC’s specialist coaches worldwide.

Every coach brings a background that most coaching providers cannot match.
