Richard is a senior communications consultant and political strategist working for politicians, political parties, unions and NGOs in the UK and elsewhere in Europe. He has taught policymaking, media management and journalism on a variety of courses at British and American universities, including at the University of Oxford and University of the Arts, London.
Richard has a PhD in economics from the London School of Economics. His specialities include speechwriting, strategic communications advice, public affairs, media relations, campaigns and policy formulation.
Richard is currently Director of Communications to the University of Cambridge.
