Marna holds a Master’s degree in Business, Mathematics & Informatics and worked in Banking for over 15 years (South Africa). Over the past 5 years, she ran her own consulting and technology company. She is a trained quantitative Risk Manager, certified Customer Experience Manager and Customer-centricity Assessor and worked with more than 20 companies of various sizes across different regions. She has performed many training courses and workshops in customer service, and is really passionate to share her knowledge and experience.
