Anouska is a business consultant with over 20 years’ experience in managing sales and marketing teams, motivating, mentoring, training and driving individuals to achieve their full potential. As well as working with companies to streamline their procedures, improve profitability and staff engagement. Anouska started her career as a hospitality consultant, developing sales, marketing and CRM teams and executing loyalty programmes for leading hotels in the UK, China and Malaysia, she then became Director of Operations, for Hotel Dynamics, Middle-East. Responsible for 16 individual Loyalty Club Programmes and leading a team of 400 employees. Currently Anouska works as a business development consultant and trainer, conducting onsite evaluation of existing operations, identifying areas for improvement including reviewing staff skills, performance and training requirements. Developing strategies in sales, marketing, advertising and roll out plans. Previously Anouska worked for an Events Management company as Director of Sales, Marketing and Events, responsible for all aspects of event management including pre- planning, budgeting, branding, managing clients’ expectation and delivery. Prior to that as Assistant Vice President of Marketing for a Real Estate company, with a team of 40 she was responsible for recruitment, training, development, creating and reviewing KPIs and motivating the teams to achieve their goals, exceed budgets and maximise ROI. Having worked in the Middle East for nearly 18 years, Anouska brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the group. Her management skills in sales, marketing, training and operations are a perfect match for ISOC.
