Outline

Benchmarking presentations

Everyone in the group will begin by delivering a quick presentation on a familiar topic of their choice. This exercise serves as a warm-up and icebreaker and helps set the dynamic for positive shared learning. It helps the coach to calibrate the rest of the course against the levels and needs of the group. This first presentation also serves as a benchmark against which to compare your progress and performance through the course.

You will repeat this presentation several times during the course as you test and internalise the new  techniques that you have learned. We recommend that you bring with you a short presentation so that your practice will be useful and realistic to your work.

Each time you present, we will record and replay your performance for constructive, positive feedback and coaching so that you can embed the learning and feel how much you have improved.
