This course covers the enormous range of strategic communications applications of the Twitter micro-blogging platform. You will learn how to use Twitter for stakeholder engagement, customer management, thought leadership and a multitude of strategic purposes including issues tracking and reputation monitoring.

This course takes a tool-focused approach, based on the practical applications of Twitter in strategic PR and communication.

The day comprises four modules each covering a set of key concepts and skills.
