A one-day intermediate course covering the rules and conventions of high-level personal interaction
This course covers the full range of conventions, rules, customs and expectations that professional communicators must master in order to interact professionally with VIPs and in high-level business. You will learn the written and unwritten rules of official protocol and business etiquette, as well as international cultural norms and variations.
Course format
This course comprises four modules each covering a set of key concepts and skills. Within each module, best practice and key concepts are covered off in a concise briefing, followed by a range of stimulating learning activities like team workshops, group discussions, topical case studies and role-play exercises.
