A one-day intermediate-level course on designing CSR strategies, programmes and campaigns

This course provides a solid grounding in the practice and communication of socially responsible business . You will learn to design and manage a CSR strategy through which your organisation can express its values and secure its future through a sustainable mutual partnership with employees, stakeholders and communities.

Course format

This course comprises four modules each covering a set of key concepts and skills. Within each module, best practice and key concepts are covered off in a concise briefing, followed by a range of stimulating learning activities like team workshops, group discussions, topical case studies and role-play exercises.
