A one-day advanced-level course on developing lobbying strategies and executing lobbying campaigns

This course focuses on practical advocacy skills for communication managers. You will learn to design a lobbying strategy and execute a public affairs campaign with support from coalition building and online tactics. You will build personal skills in media persuasion in videotaped workshops.

Course format

This course comprises four modules each covering a set of key concepts and skills. Within each module, best practice and key concepts are covered off in a concise briefing, followed by a range of stimulating learning activities like team workshops, group discussions, topical case studies and role-play exercises.
